About the project

Since the platform was already live and has many features, we decided to implement new updates on a module basis so that old users who are accustomed to the system do not feel a sudden change and are left confused, and all users can see newer updates and have enough time to process and learn the newer systems one module at a time.

The Problem

Challenge Faced:

🛑  Drop off during onboarding 🛑  Lack of trust in the platform 🛑  Information was not at all clear and the dashboard UI was very confusing. 🛑  Lack of essential features

Understanding the target audience

Tranzact's target audience is most likely Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Here's why:

Focus on ease of use and affordability: Tranzact emphasizes its user-friendly design and cost-effectiveness, both of which are crucial for SMEs with limited budgets and technical expertise.

Features address common SME needs: The software offers functionalities like real-time inventory control, automated reordering, and wastage control, which are all significant challenges faced by SMEs.

Marketing materials target SMEs: Their blog posts and website content specifically mention benefits for small business owners and managers in larger organizations overseeing SME operations
